We often get the question, “My employees can’t seem to keep a deadline, so what should I do?” We think there is a lot you can do and often, you’re leading by example. The second part has to do with overall delegation in a growing company. We see this often where a company grows yet responsibilities are not shed fast enough creating massive bottlenecks throughout the company that are costing far more than getting the right people in place.
