We got a lot of requests for this topic. We’re going to start by great methods to hold your team accountable without threatening anyone. We often get the question, “My employees can’t seem to keep a deadline, so what should I do?” We think there is a lot you can do and often, you’re leading by example. The second part has to do with overall delegation in a growing company. We see this often where a company grows yet responsibilities are not shed fast enough creating massive bottlenecks throughout the company that are costing far more than getting the right people in place.
