How our journey began…
Middlerock was serendipitously founded as a result of the entrepreneurial pursuits of Tom Nault and Nicci Valiquette. As demand for their expertise in fixing businesses grew, they decided to establish a company. Rather than aiming to be just another consulting firm, their objective was to assist companies that were struggling in some way, often requiring a turnaround. The team primarily acquires clients through word of mouth and maintains a reputation for addressing specific issues. Although Middlerock is a turnaround company at its core, it also tackles both large and small problems for business owners and investors.
