Management, M&A- Tom is our managing partner and co-founder. He’s been building and fixing companies since the day he got out of school. With almost forty years of experience, including M&A, he’s encountered just about every problem imaginable.

Operations, People- Nicci is the co-founder of Middlerock and has a strong operational background getting companies the right tools and systems in place for greater efficiency. She’s worked in everything from org structure to HR to management systems.

Organization Development and Optimization- We began working with Keith when a client needed organizational help. He’s a true expert in organizational dynamics with strong insights about how to best improve a company’s general structure.

Operations, Manufacturing and Retail- Joe was CEO of SOG Knives and before that, CEO of Cascade Designs. Joe knows just about every side of manufacturing and is a real expert and taking something from a concept to a store shelf.

Design, Product Development and Branding- We’ve worked with Jeff for almost two decades and love his work. He’s also a faculty member at the prestigious Art Center, Pasadena where he is known for his creative ideas and innovative thinking.

Web Development, Social Engagement, Content Management- Vlad is our resident expert in all things web related. He doesn’t merely build sites, Vlad can take concepts to the code level and he is an expert in building online presence.

Product Development, Marketing and Retail Strategy- Stacy is a one of a kind expert in all things necessary to make a product fly off store shelves. She thinks very critically about how to take an idea and get it sold. We’re lucky to have her guidance.
