Our Six Steps
Step 1- Introduction
Our journey together starts with an initial call, during which we get to know you and your aspirations. Following that, we schedule a Zoom meeting involving team members with expertise in your area, often including the entire team. This stage is conducted free of charge as we familiarize ourselves with one another.
Step 3- Proposal
We prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and cost. Pricing varies based on factors such as your business's location, the personnel and time involved in the evaluation, and the time required to draft our summary report. This phase may engage the entire team or selected partners, depending on your needs. Once the proposal is accepted, we proceed to Step 4.
Step 5- Summary
We compile a summary of our findings, accompanied by specific recommendations. Our unique approach avoids generalities and platitudes. Instead, we provide clear, actionable steps and evaluate progress in phases to ensure we stay on track.
Step 2- Initial Overview
During this phase, we gain a broader understanding of your company. Our entire team is involved as we begin to identify cause-and-effect relationships and pinpoint areas that demand immediate attention. As we consider the best course of action, we also develop a proposal. This stage is provided at no cost to you.
Step 4- Deep Evaluation Phase
In the deep evaluation phase, we delve into the details. This stage encompasses site visits, interviews with various team members, and an in-depth investigation. We may also consult former employees, customers, or other investors to obtain the most accurate cause-and-effect assessment. Throughout this phase, we hold multiple calls with you to discuss critical areas in greater depth.
Step 6- Plan
At this point, you can decide whether you'd like us to continue assisting you. Some companies choose to proceed independently, while the majority of our clients request our involvement in some aspect of the turnaround process, with our team occasionally taking on senior roles. In all but two instances, we've successfully facilitated company turnarounds.
