Dr. J. Keith Dunbar is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. He is an internationally renowned, award-winning expert on leadership and human capital. During his celebrated career of over 30 years, he has led global talent management innovation for public and private sector organizations. J. Keith founded JKD Talent Solutions in 2014 to offer the first leadership framework allowing for quantitative assessment of the leadership skills required for successful mergers and acquisitions deal value attainment—the subject of his published doctoral dissertation from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and contributor to business publications and is a proud veteran of the US Navy.
