Our last call was a lot of fun and this time we’re going to talk about how to form that highly-effective board of directors and how to also add a separate board of advisors. They are not one-in-the-same. We’re also going to talk about dysfunctional boards and how that happens and everything you can do to keep that from happening as you build your company. Some may think it’s too soon, or that a board doesn’t matter, but a good one can make all the difference between success and failure and we’ll explain why.
