Our Growth and What’s Changed

When we began Middlerock, it was for the purposes of giving our existing practice some shape. We were all working independently supporting other companies and it was time to put it all into one organization. We had no idea where it would lead. Just two years in and we're working at full capacity. One client in particular can't get enough of our time and we think the world of all of our clients.

What's changed for us is that we are now so focused on providing our clients great services that we're not spending as much time building Middlerock itself. It's the consequences of our success. It's in those moment when we have gaps in our work that we have the time to work on growing our own practice like any other small company.

As the managing member, I've started to answer questions on Quora and that's brought us even more work, which is why we're now limited by what we can offer until we find more partners with the right experience. I alone have had over a million readers in just six months and the questions entrepreneurs face help shape our practice. We see Quora as an opportunity to give back to the entrepreneurial community and for those just starting out, you will find lots of helpful information on that site. Besides, it's great reading!

Like any other small company we wish we could scream who are clients are because we're extremely proud that they chose us to help them, however we have a duty to respect their privacy. Do a little digging and you can figure out some of who they are. Some are really secret and have the most amazing stories to tell along with interesting problems to solve. Let's just say we're never bored or do we ever sit idle.

For our clients who read this. Thank you for believing in our work and trusting in our guidance. We're thrilled to see all the results, just as we intended.
